Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes, with every order. If you need it in a company name with a GSTIN, add the details in the order notes or message us before dispatch.

Are the models safe for children?

1:24 pull-back cars are popular with children from 6 upwards. All models contain small parts and none are suitable for children under 3.

Can I resell models I buy from you?

Yes, they are yours. We only ask that you do not use our photographs or descriptions to list them.

Who we are

Toy Car Store sells metal toy cars, diecast scale models and remote control cars online to customers in India through https://toycarstore.in. Contact details are on the contact page.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price shown at checkout is the price charged; there are no shipping charges or other fees added later. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through a secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is not offered.

If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch with the correct price and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock has sold out or a model fails our pre-dispatch check, and any payment is refunded in full.

Stock shown on the site is updated regularly but a model can sell out between page load and checkout. If that happens we tell you the same working day.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by the shipping policy, returns and replacements by the returns policy, and refunds by the refund policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

Product descriptions

Every product page states the scale, size, features such as opening parts, lights or pull-back motors, and whether the model is officially licensed. Where a model is a replica of a car's shape rather than a licensed product, the page says so. Photos are of the actual stock, but shades of colour can differ slightly between production batches and screens.

Models with small parts are not suitable for children under 3 years. Age guidance on product pages is a recommendation, and adult supervision is advised for pull-back and RC cars.

Trademarks

Vehicle names, marques and logos are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used only to identify the car a replica represents. Their use does not imply endorsement by the manufacturer unless a product page states the model is officially licensed.

Website content

Text, photographs and design on this site belong to us. You may share links and product images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying product descriptions or photos for another store is not permitted.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which apply in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India. Consumers may also approach the National Consumer Helpline or the consumer forum for their district.

We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
