Shipments arrive every few weeks, usually one container mixing 1:18, 1:24 and RC lines. Each model is unboxed and checked before it is listed: panel gaps, wheels, paint, lights and sound, and the contents of the box. Anything that fails goes back to the supplier rather than onto the site, which is why the count of a new model sometimes drops in the first day. The models that pass appear here with photographs taken in our own light box, so what you see is the batch you will receive.

Manufacturers produce most models in a single run, and once the run is sold there is no guarantee of a second. Limited liveries and unusual colours, the Senna tribute McLaren or a Midnight Purple Skyline, tend to go within days of appearing here. If you see something you want, the honest advice is to buy it; the alert list at the foot of the page tells you when a sold-out model returns, but for one-run pieces that message never comes.
