About the Lewis Hamilton Mercedes W15 2024 1:43
2024 was Hamilton's twelfth and final season at Mercedes, and the W15 gave him two wins in it, at Silverstone and Spa, before the move to Ferrari. That makes this the last Hamilton Mercedes model there will be, which is the reason to own it. The livery is the 2024 silver-and-black with the Petronas teal and the number 44 on the nose and airbox, all printed under licence in the correct positions.
Bburago builds these from the team's data, so the sidepod shape and the wing profiles match the car that raced. The tub is die-cast metal, the wings are plastic to keep them thin, the Halo is a separate part and the helmet in the cockpit carries Hamilton's purple-and-yellow design. It comes screwed to a black plinth inside a windowed box with a nameplate.
Pair it with the 2023 W14 in the same scale for Hamilton's last two Mercedes cars, or with Leclerc's SF-24 for his future teammate.
