About the Range Rover Vogue 1:18
The 2022 Range Rover is the one with the hidden-until-lit tail lights and the floating black roof, and the model gets both right: the rear light bar is a clear smoked strip that glows red when the lights are switched on, and the roof is painted black up to the pillars so the glasshouse reads as a single dark band. It is an officially licensed piece, built from Land Rover's own data, which shows in how tall and square the car sits compared with the unlicensed 1:24.
The split tailgate is the detail to look at first. The upper glass section lifts and the lower section drops as a separate part, exactly as the real car's does, opening onto a boot floor with the tie-down rails modelled. All four doors open onto a cabin with the twin-screen dashboard and the rear seats in a contrasting tone. The front wheels steer through the steering wheel, and the button under the chassis brings up headlights, tail lights and a sampled V8 note.
This is the heaviest Land Rover we sell, close to a kilogram, and the one we suggest when someone wants a single Range Rover rather than a pair. It ships tied to its insert inside a second carton because of that weight.
Living with a 1:18 scale model
At 1:18 this is a large model, roughly a ruler's length, and it is built as a display piece rather than a toy. Expect metal body panels with proper hinges, a carpeted or textured floor inside, and a finished engine bay under the bonnet.
